  3. PLEASE READ THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING THE SOFTWARE. BY
  4. DOWNLOADING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE. IF YOU DO 
  5. NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO DOWNLOAD THIS SOFTWARE.

  7. SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

  9. This is a limited use software license agreement ("Agreement") from Ajay Mittal to you
  10. personally and describes your rights and obligations regarding the use of the software . 
  11. Your downloading or use of the Software shall constitute your acceptance of the terms and
  12. conditions of this agreement and this agreement shall be effective on such date.  If you do
  13. not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement, you are not authorized to
  14. download the Software.  The Software is licensed from Ajay Mittal on a "per user"  basis.
  15. Ajay Mittal hereby grants to you and you accept a non-exclusive, non-transferable license
  16. to use the Software on a single computer, network, client/server arrangement, or any computer
  17. configuration provided that the number of users with access to the Software never exceeds the 
  18. number of users licensed from Ajay Mittal.  You agree that you will neither transfer
  19. possession or use of the Software, in any form, to any person without the prior written consent
  20. of Ajay Mittal. You agree not to copy or otherwise reproduce the Software, in whole or in
  21. part, except for your own personal use.  TERM: This agreement shall continue until: (1) such time
  22. as the original media and all copies of the Software are returned to Ajay Mittal: or (2) such
  23. time as this agreement is violated by you in any respect in which case the use license and any and
  24. all warranties contained herein, shall automatically terminate and be null and void, and you shall
  25. return the original media and all copies of the Software to Ajay Mittal.

  28. REDISTRIBUTION OF PAGERDLL
  29.  A transferable, multi-user, nonexclusive license is available from Ajay Mittal.  Parties
  30.  interested in obtaining information on such licenses are asked to contact Ajay Mittal

  34. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY. Ajay Mittal software is provided as is and without warranty of any
  35. kind.Ajay Mittal MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
  36. ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, INCLUDING BUT NOT
  37. LIMITED TO ANY OF THE LICENSED USES.

  39. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. To the extent permitted by law, Ajay Mittal shall be under no
  40. liability to you for any damages whatsoever, without limit, including direct, indirect, special
  41. and consequential damages, loss of profits or other benefits arising out of or in connection 
  42. with the use or performance of the Software, including its documentation.

  44. COMPLETE AGREEMENT. This License constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect
  45. to the use of the Ajay Mittal Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous
  46. understandings regarding such subject matter. No amendment to or modification of this License
  47. will be binding unless in writing and signed by Ajay Mittal.
